September Wrap-up

Hey guys! It’s that time again for my (very belated) monthly wrap up! September’s gone in a blink of an eye and I’ve only managed to read *sob* two *sob* books. Before I get too emotional to that – I have some news for you!

ANNOUNCEMENT TIME: I am officially an affiliate for The Book Depository and Booktopia!!! It would be absolutely amazing if you could use the links from my site (or click on the logos on my side bar –>) whenever you plan to buy a book (or a few!)! So yeah! 😀 Tah dah!

Now back to wrap-up:

The books I’ve read this month: (click on the link to read my review!)

  1. A Semi-Definitive List of Worst Nightmares by Krystal Sutherland (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)
  2. The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

I only managed to read 2 books this month. Appalling effort I know, but I can’t help it because there’s so much shit I need to learn this semester and I’m dying and I only managed to read a tiny bit last night. I don’t think October will be any better but we shall see.

Books I bought for myself this month:

  1. The Mistborn Trilogy boxset by Brandon Sanderson
  2. The Raven Boys (in US paperback) by Queen Maggie Stiefvater
  3. An Enchantment of Raves by Margaret Rogerson
  4. Back Bird of the Gallows by Meg Kassel (currently reading)
  5. Warcross by Marie Lu
  6. Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerry Maniscalco

Books I received from publishers:

  1. Fireblood by Elly Blake
  2. Moxie by Jennifer Mathieu
  3. The Treatment by C. L. Taylor
  4. Godsgrave by Jay Kristoff

The books I’m MOST excited about that will be released in October:

  1. All the Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater
  2. Language of Thorns: Midnight Tales and Dangerous Magic by Leigh Bardugo

Possible (and likely) books that are on my October TBR:

  1. Finish Godsgrave (hopefully)
  2. Roar by Cora Carmack (started this but it’s a bit of a meh so far)
  3. Fireblood by Elly Blake
  4. Lucky in Love by Katie West

How many books did you manage to read this month? Which was your favourite read? Mine was The Scorpio Races (duh!) not that I had much of a choice. What books are on your October TBR? Got any books on your wishlist? (feel free to use my links to get your copies haha!) Anyways, Happy Reading lovelies!

    1. Aw I’m sorry you found it disappointing. I would love to discuss tho! I have it on e book so I’ll hopefully sneak in a few pages in between classes. (I’ve been such a slow reader lately sigh)
